During this phase, we go deep into your complete medical history and conduct a comprehensive assessment to gain a thorough understanding of your physical being. This involves a detailed examination of your spine, focusing on individual segments to pinpoint any areas of restriction, tenderness, or limited range of motion, as well as movement globally.

    Following this evaluation, we proceed with a targeted chiropractic adjustment only. This adjustment is tailored to address the specific areas of concern identified earlier in the evaluation, which do include extremities.

Payment Type and Insurance

The practice does not process insurance, therefore we provide affordable wellness care with visit prices in comparison to the typical concierge or even in office visits.

All Major Credit Cards, Flex Spending (FSA cards) or Health Spending Accounts (HSA cards), and cash accepted. Payment is due at time of service.

The practice is an out-of-network healthcare provider. We can provide you with a super bill stating the appropriate information which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Concierge Wellness is by appointment only. We ask you to adhere to our 24 hour cancellation/ rescheduling policy so that someone who may be on our waitlist can be accommodated.

If you need to cancel or make changes less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the Half visit rate. If you have a package, the visit will be deducted from your package.

If you need to cancel or make changes less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the Full visit rate. If you have a package, the visit will be deducted from your package.
